١. مقدمة
يحترم تطبيق عُهدتي (Petty Cash — Custody Manager) خصوصية المستخدمين بشكل كامل. هذه السياسة توضّح أنواع البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وكيف يتم التعامل معها، والحقوق التي يملكها المستخدم.
باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.

٢. البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق لا شيء
لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يرسلها إلى أي خادم خارجي.
جميع البيانات التالية تُحفظ محلياً فقط على جهازك باستخدام التخزين الآمن للنظام، ولا يصل إليها أحد سواك:
- العمليات المالية (مصاريف، إيرادات، تحويلات)
- العهد النقدية والأرصدة
- الأشخاص والتصنيفات
- المرفقات (الإيصالات، الصور، ملفات PDF)
- الإعدادات والتفضيلات
- الميزانيات والتنبيهات
التطبيق لا يحتوي على نظام حسابات، ولا يطلب تسجيل دخول، ولا يستخدم أي خوادم سحابية.
٣. الأذونات المطلوبة
يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية فقط عند الحاجة، ولأغراض محددة:
- الكاميرا (Camera): لتصوير الإيصالات والمستندات وإرفاقها بالعمليات.
- التخزين / الصور (Storage / Photos): لاختيار صور المستندات من جهازك أو حفظ الملفات المُصدّرة (PDF/Excel).
- الإشعارات (Notifications): لتنبيهك بمواعيد المستحقات والفواتير القادمة (محلية بالكامل، لا تمر عبر أي خادم).
- المصادقة الحيوية (Biometric / Face ID / بصمة): لتأمين دخول التطبيق — اختيارية بالكامل.
يمكنك رفض أو سحب أي إذن من إعدادات النظام في أي وقت.
٤. مشاركة البيانات
عند تصدير تقرير (PDF/Excel) أو نسخة احتياطية (JSON)، يستخدم التطبيق واجهة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل (Android Share Sheet أو iOS Share Sheet) لإرسال الملف إلى التطبيقات أو الخدمات التي تختارها أنت (مثل البريد، Google Drive، iCloud، Dropbox، WhatsApp...).
التطبيق لا يرسل أي شيء تلقائياً، ولا يشارك أي بيانات بدون فعل صريح منك.
٥. الإعلانات والتتبع
- ❌ التطبيق لا يحتوي على أي إعلانات.
- ❌ التطبيق لا يستخدم أي أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات (Analytics).
- ❌ التطبيق لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies).
- ❌ التطبيق لا يحتوي على مكتبات طرف ثالث تجمع بيانات.
٦. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ سنة. لا يجمع التطبيق عن قصد أو غير قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال.
٧. أمن البيانات
بما أن جميع البيانات تبقى على جهازك، فإن أمنها مرتبط بأمن جهازك. ننصح بـ:
- تفعيل قفل الشاشة (PIN / Face ID / بصمة) على الجهاز.
- تفعيل قفل التطبيق الاختياري من إعدادات عُهدتي.
- أخذ نسخة احتياطية دورية وحفظها في مكان آمن.
٨. حذف البيانات
يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك في أي وقت بإحدى الطريقتين:
- حذف التطبيق من جهازك — يمسح كل البيانات المرتبطة به.
- استخدام خيار "إعادة تعيين البيانات" داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات → إعادة تعيين).
لا يحتفظ أحد بنسخة من بياناتك خارج جهازك.
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تغيير تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في الأعلى.

2. Data Collection NONE
The app does not collect any personal data and does not send any data to any external server.
All of the following data is stored locally on your device only, using the system's secure storage. No one but you has access to it:
- Financial transactions (expenses, income, transfers)
- Cash custodies and balances
- People and categories
- Attachments (receipts, photos, PDF files)
- Settings and preferences
- Budgets and reminders
The app has no account system, no sign-in, and uses no cloud servers.
3. Permissions Requested
The app requests the following permissions only when needed, for specific purposes:
- Camera: to capture photos of receipts and documents and attach them to transactions.
- Storage / Photos: to pick document images from your device or save exported files (PDF/Excel).
- Notifications: to alert you about upcoming dues and bill reminders (fully local — never transmitted to any server).
- Biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint): to secure app access — fully optional.
You can deny or revoke any permission at any time from your system settings.
4. Data Sharing
When you export a report (PDF/Excel) or a backup (JSON), the app uses your operating system's share sheet (Android Share Sheet or iOS Share Sheet) to send the file to apps or services you choose (e.g., Mail, Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, WhatsApp).
The app does not send anything automatically and never shares data without an explicit action from you.
5. Ads & Tracking

- ❌ The app uses no tracking or analytics tools.
- ❌ The app does not use cookies.
- ❌ The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Data Security
Since all data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend:
- Enable a screen lock (PIN / Face ID / fingerprint) on your device.
- Enable the optional in-app lock from Petty Cash settings.
- Take regular backups and store them in a safe place.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time in one of two ways:
- Uninstall the app from your device — this wipes all associated data.
- Use the "Reset Data" option inside the app (Settings → Reset).
No one keeps a copy of your data outside your device.
9. Changes to this Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any update will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly.
